Salute to Our Principal

Lucky enough are the people who have a visionary leader.Nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come.The visionary people never fear to push their thoughts to the extremes.

Every school is beyond every doubt a knowledge reservoir.The teachers have potential to  cherish the ideology that has relevance every time.Thought processing is the necessary pre requirement for every knowledge hub.The dynamic leaders do,invariably, discover the rainbow of thoughts,and start living  them.

We become what dream to become.People evaluate us  for what we opt for  us,and for our children.If our children deserve higher standards,which they do,we must be committed to take them to those levels.  

Our principal Sir ,besides being a visionary leader,is a great scholar as well.He has the expertise to transform the events into ideas worth sharing.Whether we see him adressing children,or the staff,he takes everybody on board.This is the quality par excellence which is a rare thing today.The ideas he discusses at morning assembly are always eye-opener.One thinks where from these revelations come to our boss .What others can not illustrate in so many paragraphs,our boss uses the rhetoric ,and surprises every one.

My poetic genius is tested every time I talk to my Officer.The etiquette,the problem solving attitude,  the friendly behaviour, the decency in his grooming ,and  eloquence in his words etc makes him dwell a special place in every heart.

It is only two months  I have known him,but these two months have literally taught me how a person of simple living and high thinking can make a big difference in our lives.

Under the dynamic leadership of our officer,and the treasure of ideas worth sharing,which is his hallmark,I have been learning how to rewrite a success story afresh .Every teacher who believes that only noble ideas can inspire a positive change must have his boss like our officer.

Today our officer sang a beautiful naat in a befitting voice ,and surprised us ones more.This personality of surprises deserve a heart touching big salute from me.

This was a silent invitation for all of us that there is always an oppertunity for those whose feet are light,and will is ready.Lets live this axiom for our better career.

It is beyond all doubts the dedication of the teaching faculty which transforms an otherwise low performing school into an ideal learning platform. Teachers become dedicated when they assume their duty in a right perspective.

 They always take teaching as a mission. Such teachers ensure that the students should find a reason to remember their class interactions as an important part of their school life experience.-The promising teachers believe that their students are their teammates. They don’t fear to have a little fun with them. They love to be creative and innovative .Before taking their classes, they figure out key concepts afresh. They believe in delivering to the maximum of their potential. They make students feel excited about school.
The great teachers are always on time. They welcome their children every morning. During morning assembly sessions they make sure that the students  have  maximum participation in them.

They set the platform for the students so that their special capabilities are honed, and they are provided ample opportunities to bring out their best.
The great teachers maintain record  of their lectures. They have always a proper lesson plan. Besides their lesson plans their  diaries keep 

school into a language library. They organize student  discussions, interactive sessions, and debates. They prepare PowerPoint presentations and expose the students to the smart learning.

They do ococcasionally show them documentaries, short films etc. and widen their mental horizons every possible way.
The great teachers form cultural clubs in their schools. They motivate and guide the students for performing art. They prepare skits, mimicry, declamations etc. They teach them folk lore. They show them the beauty of the culture and motivate them to preserve it with all its vitalities.
To sum up , we may say that it is only the dedicated and inspiring teachers which transform an ordinary looking school into an ideal one. Such teachers are necessarily intelligent and know their subject matter well. Their work and behaviour is invariably commendable. These teachers are reflective. They keep correcting themselves .They are confident about what they deliver. They are engaging. They make learning interesting. They never dread trying a new idea. If it doesn’t work ,they refine it. If it still doesn’t work, they ditch it. They make every student feel important. Thus they do necessarily give their students a reason to remember them as an important part of their school life experience.

 پریوں اور شہزادوں اور شہزادیوں کا ذکر آتا ہے۔داستان کا اصل مقصد تفریح

ہے داستانوں کا حقیقی زندگی سے کوئی واسطہ نہیں ہوتا تاہم ان میں

 اپنے زمانوں کی معاشرت کی عکاسی ہوتی ہیں ۔جنوبی ہندوستان میں ملا وجہی کی

 لکھی داستان  "سب رس "اردو کی قدیم ترین داستان مانی جاتی ہے ـ

شمالی ہند میں قصہ " مہر افروز دلبر" اردو کی پہلی داستان ہے انکے علاوہ

نوطرز مرصح ،رانی کیتکی کی کہانی اور فسانہ عجائب اردو کی اہم ترین داستانیں  ہیں۔

فورٹ ولیم کالج کی قیام کے بعد اردو میں بہت ساری داستانیں لکھی گئیں

 ان داستانوں میں  "باغ و بہار "،آرائش محفل، اور طوطا کہانی  کوبہت شہرت

نصیب ہوئی۔انیسوی صدی کے آخر میں صنعتی انقلاب کے زیر اثر دنیا

حقیقت کی طرف راغب ہوئی اور ایسے میں داستان  زوال کی شکار ہوگئی اور

 اس کی جگہ ناول نے اپنی اہمیت کی دلیل یہ رقم کر لی، تاہم یہ کہنا بے جا

نہ ہوگا کہ اردو نثر کی جدید ترین اصنااف جیسے ناول اور افسانہ داستان کے ہی بطن

سے پیدا ہوئیں۔
