Honorable Guest of Honour, Respected dignitaries,
and esteemed audience. I welcome you one and
all in the flagship program.
As a nations we are ruined, not by external enemies
but the internal enemies and from within. 100 million
people are affected by various narcotics according to the
Narcotics Control Bureau.
Thank God, Today,we have gathered here to protect our
society, especially our youth, from this growing menace.
We are fortunate enough to have among us distinguished
District level officers who are actively contributing to
the welfare and safety of the society.
My hand folded request is to our officers is to keep
this spirit alive till this menace is completely eradicated
ایک پتھر کی بھی سنور سکتی ہے تقدیر
شرط یہ ہے کہ اسے سلیقے سے تراشا جائے
Honorable officers, our youth need proper guidance.
They need an affectionate hand on their heads and a
heart-warming gesture suggesting them they are very much
our family. Then the miracles are sure to happen.
Anyway, thank you very much honorable dignitaries
for attending this session.
